<p>MAYAA BEAUTY sells the <strong>VIBELY™ pH-Reveal Technology Lipstick</strong>, a color-changing crystal lipstick that adapts to your natural pH level. Product descriptions, images, and specifications on the Website are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly due to screen display differences.</p>

<p>MAYAA BEAUTY reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time without prior notice.</p>

<h2>2. Pricing</h2>
<p>All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). The reference price for the VIBELY™ pH-Reveal Technology Lipstick is <strong>$39.90</strong>. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address in accordance with state and local tax regulations.</p>

<p>MAYAA BEAUTY reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase. In the event of a manifest pricing error, MAYAA BEAUTY reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.</p>

<p><strong>Customs & Import Duties:</strong> International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. MAYAA BEAUTY has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. <p><strong>Risk of Loss:</strong> All items purchased from MAYAA BEAUTY are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.</p>

<p>MAYAA BEAUTY offers a <strong>90-day satisfaction guarantee</strong>. You may request a return within 90 calendar days of confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our <strong>Return & Refund Policy</strong>.</p>

<p><strong>Important:</strong> For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened, unsealed, tested, or used — including the VIBELY™ Lipstick — are not eligible for return or refund.</p>

<p>MAYAA BEAUTY is not liable for any allergic reaction or skin irritation resulting from the use of its products when the customer has not reviewed the ingredient list prior to use.</p>

<p>All content on mayaa-beauty.com — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product names, and the VIBELY™ brand name — is the exclusive property of MAYAA BEAUTY / DKSERVICES ENTERPRISES LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.</p>
