- Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
- Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
United States (Standard Shipping): — Estimated delivery: 7 to 15 business days — Shipped via USPS, UPS, or equivalent carrier — All orders include a tracking number
International Shipping: — Estimated delivery: 10 to 21 business days — Available to most countries worldwide — All orders include a tracking number
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier processing, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. MAYAA BEAUTY is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

— United States: Free standard shipping on all orders — International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination
- Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, please contact us at contact@mayaa-beauty.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
- Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's government. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
MAYAA BEAUTY has no control over these charges, cannot predict their amount, and is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
Refusal to pay customs duties resulting in the package being returned to sender does not qualify for a free return or refund of shipping costs.
- Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete. MAYAA BEAUTY is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realize your address is incorrect after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@mayaa-beauty.com. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.
Reshipment of orders returned due to an incorrect address will be at the customer's expense.
- Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost packages: If your tracking shows no updates for more than 15 business days (US) or 25 business days (international), please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, reship your order or issue a full refund.
Delivered but not received: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, your building's front desk, or your local post office. If still not found, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will open a carrier investigation. Resolution will depend on the carrier's findings (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).
Damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact us within 48 hours at contact@mayaa-beauty.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
- P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses within the United States. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard estimates.
