<p>At MAYAA BEAUTY, operated by DKSERVICES ENTERPRISES LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.</p>

<p>By placing an order on mayaa-beauty.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy in its entirety.</p>

<h2>1. Return Window</h2>
<p>You have <strong>90 calendar days</strong> from the date of confirmed delivery (as tracked by the carrier) to request a return. Any return request submitted after this 90-day window will not be accepted.</p>

<h2>2. Return Conditions</h2>
<p>To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:</p>
<ul>
    <li>The return request must be submitted via email to <a href="mailto:contact@mayaa-beauty.com">contact@mayaa-beauty.com</a> within the 90-day return window.</li>
    <li>The VIBELY™ pH-Reveal Technology Lipstick must be unopened, unused, untested, and in its original sealed condition with all original packaging and accessories intact.</li>
    <li>The product safety seal must not be broken. Any product with a broken seal is considered opened and is not eligible for return.</li>
    <li>A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our customer service team before shipping your return. Returns sent without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.</li>
    <li>Your order confirmation number or proof of purchase must be included with the return.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Non-returnable items:</strong> For health and hygiene reasons, any cosmetic product that has been opened, unsealed, tested, or used — including the VIBELY™ Lipstick — cannot be returned or refunded. This is a standard industry practice for personal care and cosmetic products.</p>

<h2>3. Return Process</h2>
<ol>
    <li><strong>Contact us:</strong> Email <a href="mailto:contact@mayaa-beauty.com">contact@mayaa-beauty.com</a> with: your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for your return, and a clear photo of the product in its current condition.</li>
    <li><strong>Receive your RMA:</strong> We will respond within 24 business hours with your RMA number and detailed return instructions.</li>
    <li><strong>Ship your return:</strong> Send the product to the address provided. You <strong>must use a trackable shipping method</strong> with a valid tracking number. MAYAA BEAUTY is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.</li>
    <li><strong>Inspection:</strong> Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned product within 48 business hours. You will receive an email confirming the status of your return.</li>

<h2>4. Refunds</h2>
<p>Once your return is received and passes inspection, we will process your refund within <strong>7 business days</strong> to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. No refund will be issued via any alternative payment method.</p>

<p>The refund includes the price of the returned product(s). Original shipping fees are only refundable if the entire order is returned due to an error by MAYAA BEAUTY or a confirmed product defect.</p>

<p><strong>Please note:</strong> Any product returned incomplete, damaged by the customer, opened, used, or not meeting the return conditions stated above will be denied a refund. The product will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.</p>

<h2>5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items</h2>
<p>If you receive a VIBELY™ product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match your order:</p>

    <li>You must include the following evidence:
        <ul>
            <li><strong>Clear photos of the product</strong> showing the defect or damage</li>
            <li><strong>Photo of the packaging</strong> (interior and exterior)</li>
            <li><strong>Photo of the shipping label</strong></li>
            <li><strong>Your order number</strong></li>
        </ul>
    </li>
    <li>Without this photographic evidence, we will be unable to process your claim.</li>
</ol>

<p>Once verified, MAYAA BEAUTY will cover return shipping costs and, at your choice, either replace the product or issue a full refund (product + original shipping fees) within 7 business days.</p>

<h2>6. Lost or Undelivered Packages</h2>
<p>All orders are shipped with a tracking number. In the event that a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer:</p>

    <li>The customer must notify us via email within <strong>7 days</strong> of the delivery date indicated by the carrier.</li>
    <li>We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier (typical timeframe: 5 to 15 business days).</li>
    <li>If the investigation confirms non-delivery, we will reship the product or issue a full refund.</li>
    <li>If the carrier confirms successful delivery with proof (signature, photo confirmation, GPS verification), no refund or replacement will be issued.</li>

<h2>7. Order Cancellation</h2>
<p>Orders may be canceled at no charge as long as they have not yet been shipped. Once a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number has been sent, the order can no longer be canceled and the standard return process applies.</p>

<h2>8. Payment Disputes (Chargebacks)</h2>
<p>If you have any issue with your order or transaction, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at <a href="mailto:contact@mayaa-beauty.com">contact@mayaa-beauty.com</a> before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Our team is committed to resolving any issue promptly and fairly.</p>

<p>In the event of a fraudulent chargeback — particularly when the product has been delivered as ordered and the customer has not contacted us prior to filing the dispute — MAYAA BEAUTY reserves the right to submit all evidence of the transaction, delivery confirmation, tracking records, and customer communications to the payment processor and, if necessary, pursue the matter through appropriate legal channels.</p>

<p>Filing a chargeback without first contacting MAYAA BEAUTY customer service does not constitute a valid return request and will not be treated as such.</p>

<h2>9. Exchanges</h2>
<p>We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order separately.</p>
